Enjz Platform
The Enjz platform, launched by the National Events Center, is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at simplifying and speeding up the process of acquiring permits for events. It serves as a bridge, connecting event organizers with the relevant regulatory authorities responsible for overseeing events, and has been specifically designed to streamline these interactions.
Task
Our responsibilities included User Research, User Interviews, Service Design, Usability Testing, Product Innovation, User Interface Design, and Design System creation. The objective was to understand the user needs and pain points, and design a solution that makes the permit acquisition process less complex and more efficient for event organizers.
A significant challenge was the daunting complexity of the permit acquisition process. The need for numerous interactions with regulatory authorities created a time-consuming and often frustrating experience for event organizers, impacting the overall efficiency of event planning.
Event organizers were often left in the dark about the exact requirements and procedures needed to secure permits. This lack of transparency led to confusion and inefficiencies, further complicating the acquisition process.
The web interface of the Enjz platform offers a streamlined, intuitive user experience that simplifies the permit acquisition process. By clearly outlining procedures and requirements, it helps eliminate confusion and makes interactions with regulatory authorities more efficient.
This web experience empowers event organizers to manage and track their permit applications with ease.
