CHI Corporate Experience
In a strategic initiative to bolster service efficiency and transparency, the Council of Health Insurance (CHI), Saudi Arabia’s governing body for cooperative health insurance, has developed a cutting-edge corporate web portal and mobile application. These digital tools aim to revolutionize health insurance management for businesses in Saudi Arabia, making CHI an industry leader in corporate health insurance solutions.
Task
Our mandate was to redesign both the CHI Corporate Health Insurance Web Portal and Mobile App. Our goal was to create a user interface that is intuitive, enhances user experience, and facilitates seamless interaction between the corporate users and the digital platforms.
One of our main challenges was the complexity of corporate health insurance processes. We addressed this by leveraging modern UX/UI design principles to transform intricate procedures into an easily navigable experience.
Integrating the diverse range of CHI services into the portal and app was another challenge. Our solution was to seamlessly integrate these services, making them easily accessible to corporate users.
