Task
Our team, composed of expert UX/UI Designers, was tasked with the critical mission of redesigning DIWAN's portal. The primary objective was to bolster user experience and employee engagement by simplifying navigation and interaction with essential SAP tools and resources, thereby fostering a more efficient work environment.
The inherent complexity of SAP often led to user frustration, hampering productivity. Our challenge was to distill this complexity into a unified, user-friendly dashboard that provides centralized access to all HR services, thereby improving the overall user experience and increasing efficiency.
The second challenge was to enhance employee engagement. The solution was to eliminate the confusion and inefficiencies associated with the lack of a unified HR dashboard, thereby creating a more streamlined and effective workspace that encourages employee participation and satisfaction.
The redesigned DIWAN portal offers a centralized platform for all HR services, simplifying interactions with SAP tools and resources. This integration significantly improves the overall web experience, making it more intuitive and user-friendly.
Furthermore, the new design aims to reduce user frustration and boost productivity. By creating a more efficient and easy-to-navigate portal, we have managed to significantly increase employee satisfaction and engagement, thereby promoting a more positive and productive work environment.
